Obituary for Andrew (AJ) Brannan
Andrew Brannan 77, of Eatonton, known as A.J. to all his family and friends passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ann Brannan and grandson Joel Michael Brown. A.J. was retired from Robins Air Force Base. He was an avid fisherman and loved to watch old western movies. He especially loved spending time with his family. In his younger years he played the Bass Fiddle in the Jimmy Harris Band. He is survived by his wife of eleven years, Iris Brannan, and children; Phil Brannan & wife Cheryl of Columbia, S. C., Joye Marshall & husband Jimmy of Bonaire, Ga., Derek Brannan of Eatonton, Tammy Kight of Eatonton, and Tracey Vickery & husband Randall of Jesup, Ga. Grandchildren; Jason Brown & wife Alexis, Rachel Fickle & husband David, Rob Brannan & wife Lauren, Ryan Brannan, Carson Brannan & Lance Vickery. Great grandchildren; Andrew Brown & Jacob Fickle. And several Nieces and Nephews. Family may be contacted at 186 Riverview Road, Eatonton, Ga. 31024. Visitation will be on Thursday 4/7 at 12 PM at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel, Eatonton, Ga.
