Obituary for Pauline Franklin
Pauline Franklin 83 or Eatonton passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Pauline was born on January 11, 1939 in Salem, Missouri to the late George Slater and Wanda Campbell Lanning. She is preceded in death by her parents and son Greg Franklin
The visitation will be at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Tuesday May 31, 2022 at 5:30 pm followed by a service at 6:30pm. Burial will be at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery in Dacula, GA on June 1, 2022 at 11 am.
Pauline has lived in Eatonton since 1985, she enjoyed reading, playing cards, coffee, and was a big sports fan. Pauline liked to garden and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her son David Franklin (Tammie), daughter Lori Getty, sister Lynda Dunaway, brother Mark Lanning, grandchildren Jay Getty (Hannah), David Getty (Candace), Jacob Franklin (Kristen), Dez Franklin, Josie McKenzie (Patrick), great grandchildren Maddox Ballew, Be’la Smith, Rhoen Franklin, Lanning Getty, and a baby boy on the way.
