Obituary for Bubba Leverett
Bubba was born on July 24, 1953 in Macon, GA to the late Homer Linwood Leverett II and Virginia Hester Leverett. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Teresa Childres, Deborah Wainwright(Lonnie) and brother Rusty Leverett. Bubba moved to Putnam County with his family in 1992. He had spent most of his life working as a self employed contractor. He was an avid hunter, but his true passion was spending time with his family and grandkids. He was also a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. The visitation will be held at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM. The service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Lakeside Baptist Church at 3 PM., and burial will follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Cindy Leverett, children Shane Leverett of Pineview, GA, Jennifer (Eric) Reid of Eatonton, Danielle (Levi) Archer of Milledgeville, GA, Grandchildren John Pate Leverett, Kaleigh Archer, Ava Grace Archer, Sadie Jolee Reid, Mother and Father in law Dan and Joan Brown, sisters in law Dianne Reynolds, Connie Brown, brother in law Freddie Childres. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Lakeside Baptist Church 1023 Milledgeville Hwy. Milledgeville, Ga., 31061.
