Obituary for Wayne Collis
Wayne Collis 57 of Eatonton passed away on June 2, 2021 at his residence. Wayne was born in Greensboro, GA on July 27, 1963 to Carlene Collis and the late Glynn Collis, Sr. He was preceded in death by his father and brothers Glynn Collis, Jr. and Teddy Collis. Wayne was a very compassionate man with a loving heart of gold and always available to help anyone who needed his help, in his spare time he enjoyed building things and going fishing. A visitation is planned for Friday, June 4th, 2021 at Lone Oak Baptist Church at 10 AM followed by a graveside service at 11 AM at the church cemetery. Wayne is survived by his wife Denise Collis, daughter Ashley Collis, Mother Carlene Collis, sisters Jennifer Gore (John), Carla Deloach (Scott), Gwen Kennedy, brothers Marion Collis (Shelby), Sam Collis (Deborah). Several nieces and nephews, and his furry pet Hank Collis.
