Obituary for Syble Allen Lundy
Syble Allen Lundy 77, of Eatonton Ga., passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Syble was born in Wilkinson County on March 18, 1940, to the late Joseph Melton Allen and Nannelle Griffith Allen. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and planting flowers. Syble was preceded in death by her daughter, Vivian Lundy Collis. The visitation will be held at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 from 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm. The service will be at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 11:00 am. She is survived by her daughter, Vikki (Tommy) Lundy Drawdy of Eatonton, Ga., siblings, Catherine Davis of Eatonton, Ga., and Phyllis Kidd of Milledgeville Ga., grandchildren, Jennifer (John) Gore of Eatonton, Ga., John (Jessica) Toole Jr. of Eatonton, Ga.,and Melissa (Bobby) Smith of Perry, Ga.,great grandchildren, Chandler Toole , Tyler Gore , Brianna Johnson, Jadyn Johnson , Johnse Toole all of Eatonton, Ga., and Wiler Smith of Perry, Ga., she is also survived by 3 nephews and 1 niece and several great nieces and great nephews. The family ask that memorial contributions be made to The Ethen Richardson Foundation @ ethenrichardson.org. Vining Ivy Hill Chapel had charge of arrangements.
