Obituary for Stanley Gorleski
Stanley Gorleski, 78, of Eatonton passed away at his residence on Thursday, April 23, 2015. Stanley was born on May 4, 1936 in Warrior Run, PA. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Union, enjoyed fishing, old cowboy shows and loved to sing gospel songs. The visitation will be on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel at 12:00 pm. The service will be at 1:00 pm at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel with burial following at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. Mr. Gorleski is survived by his wife Jean Gorleski of Eatonton, sons Paul Gorleski of MD, Ernest Gorleski of MD, daughters Margie Garman (Bill) of TN, Valerie A. Gorleski of MD, step children Linda Kazanow, Steven Kazanow (Michelle), Stuart Kazanow (Donna), Sam Kazanow (Fiona), sister Maryann Himmelman-Sass (Frank), brothers Jerry Gorleski, Rick Gorleski (Sue), Joe Gorleski, all of MD. and 8 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations in his memory to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), 3180 Presidential Drive, Atlanta, Ga. 30340.
