Obituary for Shirley Ann Clark
Shirley Ann Clark of Eatonton passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. She was born on May 17, 1939 to the late Hoke Arthur and Gertrude Icey Arthur. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and husband Dalton Johnny Clark. She was a member of Marshall Memorial Baptist Church and has lived in Eatonton most of her adult life. Shirley enjoyed walking, cooking, cleaning, baby sitting, Elvis music and most of all she enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The visitation will be at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 5 to 7 PM. The Service will be at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 2 PM burial will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens. Shirley is survived by her daughter Linda Garcia and her husband (Frederick King) of Eatonton, siblings Peggy Anthony of Perry, GA, Willese Zeigler of SC, Carol Phillips of AL, Lillie Griffin of Gainesville, Sister in Laws, Doris Arthur of SC, Jeanette Phillips of SC, Mary Arthur of Eatonton, grandchildren Joanna Garcia, Cassandra Garcia of Eatonton, great grandchildren Shirley Thorton, Joseph Lopez, Cristina Lopez, Belinda Lopez, Braxton Garcia all of Eatonton.
