Savinia Darande ‘Dee’ Holsenbeck
Dee Holsenbeck 66, of Hillsboro, GA passed away at her residence on Tuesday, January, 5, 2016. She was born in Thomaston, GA to the late James E. Smith and the late Evelyn Partain Smith on March 16, 1949. Dee was a member of Lakeshore Community Church and was a devoted choir member. The visitation will be at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Friday, January 8, from 5 to 7 PM. The service will be on Saturday, at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel at 10 AM, burial will be at Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Hillsboro, GA following the service. Dee is survived by her husband Earl Holsenbeck, daughter Phyllis Hill (Keith Campbell) of Eatonton, sons Phillip Hill (Linda), Paul Hill (Linda) of Eatonton, Mitch Holsenbeck (Kim) of FL, Wesley Holsenbeck (Macey) of Atlanta, Monte Holsenbeck (Crystal) of Greensboro, SC, sisters Linda Walters of Thomaston, Cheryl Childree of Thomaston, Cynthia Shumate (Gary) of Thomaston, Melia Guy (Joel) of Butler, brother Conrad Smith (Gloria) of Thomaston, 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
