Mrs. Sarah Frances Hallman, 91, passed away on January 6, 2018, in Eatonton, Ga. She was born in Madison, Ga., to the late William Samuel Hall and Bertha Alexander Hall. Ms. Sarah had lived in Eatonton most of her life, and was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. She enjoyed reading, gardening and cooking, and was known for her biscuits and candy making. She was preceded in death by her husband Clark Hallman, as well as, a daughter Ellen Johnson. The visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 9, at 1pm at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel, and the service will follow at 2pm. The burial will be at Knowles Chapel Cemetery in Sparta, Ga. She is survived by her 3 children: Peggy Allen of Monticello, Ga., Jimmy (Charlotte) Culberson and Faye (Mike) Guyton both of Eatonton. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Vining Ivy Hill Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
