Obituary for Rhonda Irene Sharp
Rhonda Sharp 58 of Eatonton passed away at her residence on Thursday, November 6, 2014. Rhonda was born in Eatonton on August 10, 1956 to Irene and Billy Sharp. Rhonda enjoyed basketball, running, and ran with the Putnam County High School Track Team while attending high school, she was the first female firefighter of Bibb County, and while attending Mercer University was the student coach. Rhonda was preceded in death by her sister Paula Sharp. Visitation will be on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel from 10 AM to 11:45 AM, the service will follow at Lone Oak Baptist Church at 12 PM, and interment will be at Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery after the service. She is survived by her parents Irene and Billy Sharp, brothers Stephen Sharp and wife Kay, William Sharp and wife Dawn, Scott Sharp and Kenneth Sharp.
