Obituary for Louise Durden Brewer
Louise Durden Brewer 74 of Eatonton passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013. Mrs. Brewer was formally of Macon, Ga. and moved to Putnam county in 1981. Mrs. Brewer retired from the Georgia Forestry Commission after 34 years working for them. She enjoyed traveling to skeet shoots with her husband of 36 years; Larry Brewer, she loved to play bingo, do cross stitching and cooking, she was known as the “Mother” of the neighborhood. The visitation will be on Monday, October 7, 2013 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel from 1 to 2 PM, the service will follow at 2 PM. The Interment will follow the service at Baldwin Memorial Gardens in Milledgeville, Ga. Mrs. Brewer is survived by her husband Larry Brewer, Daughter Sheri Kneip (Bob) of Eatonton, Sons; Joey Brewer of Eatonton, Jeffrey Brewer (Bobbie) of Macon, Kelly Green (Debra) of Eatonton, Bobby McFadden (Carol) of Milledgeville, Grandchildren; Leighann Kneip (Kayla), Amber Brewer, Michael Brewer, Hunter Brewer, Rachel Kneip, Eric Kneip (Katie), 4 Great Grandchildren, and a sister Virginia Beck of Gray. The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations can be made to Evercare Hospice, 4875 Riverside Drive, Macon, Ga. 31210 Vining Ivy Hill Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
