Obituary for Linda Kaye Webb
Linda Kaye (Carles) Webb “Willie Webb” of Eatonton, GA, passed away on March 4, 2022, after a three- and one-half-year battle with ovarian cancer. She was 63 years old. Linda was born in Dayton, Ohio, to Walter (deceased) and Joanne (deceased) Carles on May 21, 1958. She started her education at Valley View Schools in Germantown, OH, then transferred and graduated from the Joint Vocational School in Clayton, OH. She married Raphael (Ray) Webb (deceased) and leaves behind sons Jeramy (Tara) Webb, Timothy (Jessika) Webb, and three grandchildren. She also leaves her trusted companion, Jim Green, sisters Marsha Ayers and Joyce (Ned) Brown to mourn her loss as well as extended family. The family will have a visitation on Saturday March 12, 2022 at First United Methodist Church at 10 AM till the service time at 11 AM. Linda was very active in the local community in the Lake Oconee area and with the Lake Oconee Elks Lodge #2849. She did taxes for several individuals as well as businesses in the area. She also took over publication of the Georgia Public Digest after the death of her husband from 2009-2021. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
