Lilla Wynette Bryant passed away on December 30, 2022. Wynette was born March 14, 1949, in Fulton County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late W. J Bryant and Sara Bohler Bryant. She was preceded in death by her sisters Joanne Bryant Webb and Carol Bryant Eads.
Wynette attended Jerome Jones Elementary School and graduated from Walker High School in DeKalb County. She attended Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was a Dental Assistant in the metro Atlanta area and transitioned to the role of Office Manager later in her career.
Wynette was a member of Atlanta First Church of the Nazarene (Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene).
Wynette loved her family, music, animals, and the outdoors. She was a talented musician and shared her gift throughout the years. Her many hobbies included crafts and gardening. Cooking was her specialty. She made wedding cakes and catered various events throughout the Metro Atlanta area. She was especially known for her pound cakes.
Wynette is survived by her brother, Barry Bryant and his wife, Marcia; her brother-in-law Bill Webb; nieces and nephews Marsha Webb, Michael Webb, Laura (Andy) Daughtry, Savannah (Andrew) Moore, Tori (Jonathan) McDaniel, and Tucker Bryant. Also surviving are several great nephews and a niece.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 6, 2022 at 10 am followed by a service at 11 am at Harmony Baptist Church, Eatonton, GA .Reverend Andy Daughtry will be officiating. Burial will be at Buckhead City Cemetery, Buckhead, Georgia.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Cancer Society and Harmony Baptist Church in Eatonton, Georgia
