Obituary for Joyce Annette Herring
Joyce Annette Herring, 78 of Eatonton Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 7, 1938 to the late Eugene Edward and Daisy Mae Watson Evans. She was a member of Bethel Church in Stone Mountain, Ga. She worked tirelessly to always maintain a perfectly manicured yard. The visitation will be held at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Funeral service will be on Friday, November 18, 2016 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel at 2:00 PM, burial will follow at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Eatonton, Ga. She is survived by her children; Peggy (Terry) Cooper, Betty Harper and Bubba (Jeanette) Herring, her brother Franklin Evans and her sister Linda Watson, and her 10 precious grandchildren and 17 great grand-children. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, who loved her dearly. Memorial contributions may be made to Scottish-rite Hospital 1001 Johnson Ferry Rd NE, Atlanta GA 30342. Vining Ivy Hill Chapel Has charge of arrangements.
