Obituary for Joseph Tillman Edwards
Tillman Edwards 48 of Eatonton passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 19th at Putnam General Hospital. Tillman was born in Eatonton on April 2, 1966 to Jenny Burdette Edwards and the late Terry Edwards Sr. He is preceded in death by his father. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at First Independent Methodist Church at 10 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11 AM with Rev. Ron Smith officiating. Tillman worked for Willie Jones Dairy, having been a dairyman for his entire life, doing a job he loved, he was a member of the First Independent Methodist Church, graduated Putnam County High School with top honors, a member of the band and enjoyed square dancing. He is survived by his Wife Ana Edwards, Children Kimberly Breanna and Joseph Alexander, Mother Jenny Edwards, Brother Terry Edwards Jr. and wife Tara.
