Obituary for Horace Eugene Harper

Horace Harper Sr 90 passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022. He was born on January 24, 1932 to the late George Irvin Harper and Annie Haley Harper. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and lived in Eatonton for 87 years. He had seven siblings, and owned several businesses, he was one of the best pool players in the united States and never met a stranger, everyone was his friend and he was friend to everyone.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at First United Methodist Church (Great Hall) from 2 to 3 PM, followed by a service at 3 PM, burial will follow at Eatonton Memorial Park.
Horace is survived by his son Gene Harper (Karen) of Covington, daughter LuAnne Harper of Eatonton, grandchildren Haley Bedgood (Ryan) of Eatonton, Brooke Lindell (Keith) of Monroe, great grandchildren Bo Bedgood of Eatonton, Luke Bedgood of Eatonton and Kayla Stone of Monroe.
