Obituary for Euel Lester Marlin
Euel Lester Marlin 90 of Eatonton passed passed away peacefully at his home on his beloved lake on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. He was born in Evening Shade, AR, on May 23, 1930 to the late Jim and Pearl Marlin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim & Pearl Marlin, wife Elise Faye Marlin and son James David Marlin. Euel was retired from the United States Air Force having served over 20 years in the military, he was a member of Grace Baptist Church, and was an avid Gardner and enjoyed fishing when he wasn’t spending time with his family. His positive outlook and acceptance of all has left a great example for all who knew him. He loved his family and friends strongly and wanted nothing more but for us to have happiness in our lives. We will miss him and all the delicious vegetables he so loved to share with us. No one could grow a tomato like Daddy. Euel is survived by his children Phillip Vincent Marlin of Florida, Monica Faye Sports (Don) of Bonaire, Susan Valerie McMullen of Warner Robins, Leslie Lynn Brass (Archie) of Kathleen, Lester Glenn Marlin (Cindy) of Warner Robins, Long time sweetheart Wynette Swicord, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
