Obituary for Donna Rogers
Donna Rogers 63 of Covington passed away on February 28, 2015. Donna was born in Eatonton on January 20, 1952 to the late J. D. and Katherine Rogers. She was preceded in death by her parents. Donna was a Registered Nurse and worked for the State of Georgia for 34 years, after she retired and kept on working. She worked for a nursing home in Madison. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Covington, she loved her beloved cat named ‘Private Bleu’ and loved horses. She was a big supporter of the Transplant Facility of Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. The visitation will be on Monday, March 2, 2015 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel from 4 to 8 PM. The service will be on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel at 2 PM, burial will follow at Eatonton Memorial Park. Donna is survived by her son Howard Hodges & wife Tracie of Dublin, sister Susan Moon of Eatonton, grandchildren Airica, Mikaela and Tommy Hodges all of Dublin.
