Obituary for Donna Hope Cheshire
Donna Hope Cheshire passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022. Her service will be held Thursday, May 12 th at Eatonton First United Methodist Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 pm. Graveside service will be held at Eatonton Memorial Park. Hope was born on December 8,1995 at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia to Mark and Kaye Cheshire. They lived in Powder Springs until moving to Eatonton when she was in the 1 st grade. She graduated from Gatewood School in 2014. After graduation, she attended Athens Technical School where she earned a Master of Cosmetology degree. Hope was employed by Beyond Bronzed where she became a very successful, well known hairstylist. Hope had a soul that was full of life and bright as the sun. She could light up a room and brighten anyone’s day. She had a deep passion for her family, friends, and work. Hope lived life to the fullest. Hope is preceded in death by her mother Kaye Gregory Cheshire, her maternal grandmother Donna Dearman Gregory, and her paternal grandparents Terry and Donna Cheshire. She is survived by her father Mark (Laura) Cheshire, her siblings Megan Fitzgerald, Ross (Sloan) Cheshire, Mallory Fitzgerald, Caleb Cheshire, and her grandfather Jerry Gregory. She is also survived by the love of her life Clay Miller. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Farmers & Merchants Bank. A special account has been set up to provide a cosmetology scholarship in her memory.
