Clifton D. Fullmore (Cliff) passed away peacefully on Friday morning December 19, 2025. Born in Effingham County, Georgia to Clifford W. Fullmore and Oma Mae Medlin Fullmore.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life Toby (Corbin) Fullmore, 2 brothers, 6 sisters and 1 great granddaughter.

Cliff was known for his ability to construct anything with his hands including board games, fish baskets, picnic tables, bird houses, millwork and basically any type of project involving wood. He could fry up the best catfish known to man. He was a “jack of all trades” and could repair anything broken.
He had many hobbies including hunting, fishing, gardening, spending precious time with grandkids. He enjoyed going to the beach with Toby and visiting his brother in Florida, he was a big fan of wrestling, watching fishing shows and westerns on television.
Cliff leaves behind a legacy of strength, humor, kindness and especially the love for his family. Each night before he turned in for the night, he would call his children to tell them how much he loved them. His memory will forever be held in the hearts of all who knew him. To know Cliff was to feel welcomed, encouraged and understood. His laughter, wisdom, and generous heart will continue to live on in the stories he shared and the lives he touched.
