Benjamin K. (Bennie Buck) Pinkerton 86, of Eatonton passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Eatonton on August 21, 1939 to the late Benjamin Alexander Pinkerton and Ermine (Erma) Hill. Bennie was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Jordan Alexandria Pinkerton.
Bennie was a member of Bible Fellowship Church, he loved all people, enjoyed riding to town to get a cup of coffee, and loved listening to music and watching the beauty of flowers growing. Bennie lived his life to the fullest, loving and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Bennie is survived by his loving wife Barbara Moore Pinkerton, children Alex (Stacey) Pinkerton, Marianne (Jody) Hawkins, Jan (Randy) Harrington, sister Julia Murphy, grandchildren Chase Pinkerton, Breck Pinkerton, Jordan Tiller, Haylee Price, Rachel Hawkins and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel from 4 to 7 pm, service will be on Monday, March 2, 2026 at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel at 2 pm, burial will be at Philadelphia Methodist Church following the service.
