Obituary for Angela Cook Garner
Angela Cook Garner passed away peacefully at her home on October 1, 2021. She had a strong compassion for people and animals. She loved traveling and spending quality time with her husband. She was so very loved and she simply blessed everyone she came in contact with as she never met a stranger. A 1990 graduate of Gatewood Schools in Eatonton she worked at several local businesses thru the years but most knew her from her 18 yrs at Jim Willis Insurance Agency. She recently retired and was a homemaker. She was a member of Smithboro Baptist Church in Monticello, Ga. A visitation will be held at 10 am on Saturday, October 16, 2021 with a memorial service to follow at 11am at Smithboro Baptist Church, 314 Smithboro Rd, Monticello, Ga 31064 She will be missed more than she ever would have imagined. Angela is survived by her husband, William Bobby Garner, his children Michala and James Garner, her brother Dr Robert D Cook (Rhonda) of Milledgeville, her sister Dee Anne Cook Baldwin (Ralph) of Flowery Branch, 2 nephews David Andrew Moss (Heather) and Brian Derik Moss (Emmalee) a great nice Clara-Anne Moss and a great nephew Bryson Timothy Moss. And her 2 Fur Babies Lola and Lucas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Merritt Cook and Betty Jo Chandler Cook of Eatonton.
