Obituary for Martha Susan Moon
Susan Moon passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in Greensboro, Ga. She was born in Monticello, Ga. on April 6, 1945 to the late James Donald and Katherine Henderson Rogers. Ms. Susan enjoyed anything outdoors but especially gardening, and enjoyed riding motorcycles. Her true passion was spending time with her family. She had spent most of her life working in the medical profession, as a nurse. She was preceded in death by her son Blake Johnson. The visitation will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 3pm. at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel with a service following at 4pm. She is survived by her loving husband Emory Moon, her children Greg Johnson, Jeff Johnson and Duane Moon. She has 5 grandchildren Kaylee Moon, Brandon Johnson, Sierra (Hunter) Hartley, Lauren Johnson and Rob Johnson, as well as, 2 great grandchildren Hyde Hartley and Whitley Hartley. Vining Ivy Hill Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
