Obituary for Evelyn Brown Griffin
Evelyn Brown Griffin 77, of Eatonton Ga, passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017. Ms. Evelyn Griffin was born on November 30, 1939 in Gordon Ga, to the late Lester Brown and Ola Payne Brown. She enjoyed cooking, taking care of her family, spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, going camping and RVing with the love of her life, Mr. Eugene Griffin, whom she married on August 12, 1957 husband. In addition to parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her son Darrell Griffin. The visitation for Ms. Evelyn Griffin will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 PM at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 PM in Baldwin Memorial Gardens. Ms. Evelyn Griffin is survived by her sons; Wally Griffin and Dale Griffin , daughter; Wanda (Mark) Ciucci all of Eatonton Ga, step children ; Dane Raffield and Robin Griffin Martin, sister; Elizabeth Davis of Perry Ga, grandchildren; Caleb (Rachel) Griffin of Covington Ga, Christopher Deal of Eatonton Ga, Dale (Kristi) Griffin Jr. of Milledgeville Ga, Kandice Johnson of Eatonton Ga, and Meredith Lynn Ciucci of Eatonton Ga, Great grand children; Cj Griffin, Issabelle Griffin, Rayden Johnson, Chloe Deal, Caroline Deal and Ryleigh Griffin, she is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family of Ms. Evelyn Griffin request that memorial contributions be made to Serenity Place 504 Parker Dairy Road Dublin Ga, 31021 Vining Ivy Hill Chapel has charge of arrangements
